AMA- you are right about PIPES but sometime it works. Look at PLRS. They had a pipe arrangement and issued around 700M shares while they only had less than 100M shares O/S. That would have killed any stock. But it went from 0.02 to 0.12 and holding nicely. The company is run by real professionals and they recently hired a superb guy ex-wallstreeter whom I know personally.

The only reason its happening is because the 700M shares are restricted and the company is doing a superb job in executing the plan.

In the case of XKEM the lenders are happy to sell shares as no restriction and the shares are too many.

I'm holding for a longtime and sill in RED. Won't sell in loss.
