Loop and Dagrinch, Turkey must be secret brain food...

as your last posts were brilliantly insightful.

Loop, I keep wondering how much room there is for shenanigans within the ICC arbitration process. NOK has probably been to arbitration many times and may be very cozy with the pool of potential panelists. IDCC's experience, so far as I know, is limited (as to completed arbitrations) to the less than satisfying first round against Samsung.

What are your thoughts as to risks inherent in the arbitration process? For instance, could a rogue panelist (who is secretly aligned with NOK) unilaterally request review of all of the documents appearing on Judge Lynn's list?

I gather from your stated range of probable awards that a "split the difference" outcome ($250 million) is as likely as an award of the full ($500 million?) amount contractually due to IDCC. Is this correct, or do you believe that an award or settlement at one end of your range is more likely. If so, which?
