You don't believe NOK's on lawyers when they say, they did not expect ERICY would lose. Do you think they were speaking for themselves or for NOK. If that is the case would that not open up a suit by NOK on there on lawyers. Remember they said this in Open Court.

Was this 31.5 mil for past 2g or was it for future TDD. Are you saying NOK owes IDCC nothing for 2g. It sure sounds like it.
