By the way, why did the SEC NOT suspend SLJB as so many here were saying 3 months ago? I believe you were one of those people.
You'd be wrong about that. So, shall I explain it for the 176th time?
The purpose of an SEC suspension is twofold: First, it's intended to warn investors and potential investors of possible fraud. Second, it's intended to advise MMs not to make a market in the stock until one of them files a Form 211.
In this case, there was no reason to suspend. Investors had already been warned of possile fraud by the OSC action, and since the stock was already trading unsolicited, no MMs were making a market to begin with.
