GlobeTel and Independent Auditors Disengage
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 28, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets:GTEM) today announced that McKean, Paul, Chrycy, Fletcher & Co., which had been appointed by the Company's former Audit Committee as its new independent auditor, will not be accepting the engagement. McKean, Paul, Chrycy, Fletcher & Co. performed no work for the Company, and there were no disagreements between the two parties.
The Company is presently working toward filling the independent auditor role.
