All the questions you are asking are good however they are all technical questions. TO really make USSE and the others take off you need professional business management. Based on the bios I have read about the leaders, they are all technicians. Again important at a certain level but far different from a professional business manager. As many have pointed out JR doesn't have the best businesses record. If they brought in an exec from Exxon or Valero etc. That would instantly raise the credibility of the company and give investors comfort.

Refining soybeans and taking a company to a real stock exchange are not skills usually found in a single person. JR should investigate the title CTO (Chief technology officer) and drop CEO.
