Again, if everyone who is officially invested in the company (management & previous investors) are reputable, then you can be fairly sure that the what they are saying is true. That is the case here.

If everyone involved were a bunch of no-names or people with questionable pasts, I would doubt they could recruit this BOD and would consider it hype.

The current investors are reputable -- I know that for a fact -- and would not do things to bring them negative attention, much less lawsuits for fraud.
