IPO considerations

I have some IPO questions. If anyone can give me their expert advice, I'd appreciate it.

1) At the CC JW said that they were working on an IPO with BB&T. This IPO sounds like a done deal, albeit the hoops that need to be jumped through to make it happen. Is this an accurate analysis?

2) If an IPO was done, it may take some time to reflect positively in the MOBL pps (imo). In other words, just because the IPO occurs, doesn't mean that this would reflect positively same day for MOBL pps. Would that be a correct assessment?
