One of the reasons for the delay in construction is related to the need for putting together the infrastructure. Each component must be manufactured independently and that does take some time. The one that they have presently erected was already manufactured while they were still in Port Gibson. Managment has informed me that his concern will be to have an outlet for the biofuel being produced with the four tubes in place. Hence I surmise that he is in no real hurry, knowing that there will be time to spare once the contract is signed prior to imminent need for biofuel. He, I consider to be somewhat conservative whereas I consider JR to be liberal, if you know what I mean. Ron
