I think the increase in Float is related to the 25mil shares that USSEC has said they would add per quarter. I am assuming that this is where their financing is coming from and it is close to the end of the quarter. Hence additional selling is putting pressure on PPS and that is scaring some investors to the point of liquidation, thereby furthering the downward pressure. Rest Assured USSE does have potential. One must be patient though. The money from the sale of these additional shares is going into the USSEC Treasury and is being used for Variable and Fixed expenses. Primarily the construction of the the four Reactors that I can attest to. Ron
