I'm starting to learn to ignore what a penny stock comapny is about and now I look for patterns in dips and highs. Like with ETIM, it is currently in a dip, but issues PR's almost daily. It's a good play if played just right. ECFL is a little harder to peg when it's going to dip and rise, but the rise is always big when it does come.
