EV ..the numbers are large ( even though some very large per centage of real estate agents do not really work or are not really active), and this is only two companies...what is the annual rate (number of homes sold) over 6 million...and I each takes atleast two certified signatures...not to mention inspectors, title search, etc..so per transaction can really ad up...
