You will see ATLJ's Azeri operating subs here in this list of Baku internet service providers.

ATLJ hasn't officially PR'd that these are the operating subs, but there is too much coincidental information for the situation to be anything otherwise.

I can't cut and paste from that above link, but all the contact info is the same for both "connect" and "oxygen"

Also, if you look back to the earliest "news" on the "connect' website, their earliest news is May 2005. If you read the first ATLJ pr about the fiber project, it says ATLJ's ISP division started in June 2005, this is almost the exact same time.
