I agree with your comments regarding this company. Once you lose credibility, it takes much positive facts from the company to get investors to take another look.
Getting the PR'd stores opened should be the main priority. They are lagging on their execution of their business plan. The Austin stores are haunting them more than the others, I would suspect.
I cannot buy the comments about delays caused by permitting, etc. I would hope the company took into consideration the possible delays that can be caused by state and local authorities concerning permitting? I know that they have had limited experience with these things outside PA and MA.
My experience in the food service industry in various states makes me check out requirements to open a food service business before I make the final determination on whether or not to actively seek to start said businesses. Surely, they are smarter than I am concerning this?
