Keep in mind that Wall Street Resources is also 'assuming' an unheard of $0.12/kWh in green tags PLUS an additional $1.20/gallon in fuel subsidies. Those are some really hefty assumptions.
If green power could get the $0.12/kWh subsidy alone, there would be so many solar panels that nobody in the United States would ever again see sunlight.
