Subject: REPEATED TOS VIOLATION WARNINGS
To: csmanager@mail.esignal.com

I've been a member of Raging Bull since Jan. 2004 under the username of harr449ny. Until recently I had never received a TOS violation warning. In recent weeks I've received "spam" violation warnings for posting stock due diligence on the Planetlink Communications and Adzone Research boards. One other long time member is also receiving the same treatment for posts on the Planetlink board.

Raging Bull has sent me warnings for posting such due diligence as: daily stock data, an excerpt from a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the name of a stock's Investor Relations firm, and research about companies and people that Planetlink is doing business with.

I'm requesting an immediate investigation of this very unusual situation. Someone is obviously trying to have my account terminated so I cannot post positive facts or opinions about Planetlink Communications. I feel the warnings received for Adzone Research were reported by someone who posts on the Planetlink board. Why does Raging Bull continuously AGREE that stock due diligence is SPAM? Someone working for Raging Bull needs a terms of employment warning: "Don't abuse your authority"

All statements are my own opinion, expressed by a relatively novice investor. Do your own due diligence & verify posted information.
