texasrandy, If you had read board posts or analyzed a long term PLKC

chart, you'd see that the monthly trading volume has decreased significantly in 2007 compared to all of 2006.

Mr. Bain had renewed consulting agreements with the Fuldas and Carmi Gross in Jan. 2006 per co. filings. Read the Ibox for that info.

One could assume that the shares issued to consultants have been entirely sold since the volume dried up in Jan '07. One could also assume that the same agreements have not been renewed for 2007 since the avg. monthly volume for Jan. was relatively low. No data is available at this time for Feb. '07. Volume appeared to increase that month but it's my belief that trading action was due to a PLKC buy alert posted on an internet website in early Feb. Sp went up 100% in a few days then retraced.

If the daily trading volume (selling pressure) remains lower than 2006, I assume that's positive as it means no new consulting agreements with the Fuldas. Look @ a 2 yr. chart and you'll see that when the Fuldas got involved in 8/05 the sp = .03. Since that time, the sp has declined to .0004.

All IMHO.
