There hasn't been any increase in the trading float, so stop talking about dilution. Just because the O/S has been increased, before you can say the asset base was diluted, you need to know what was exchanged for the 100,000,000 shares. If a private placement was done, and the company received 50cents a share or $50,000,000.00, this would not be dilution of the asset base.
The PPS has gone down because there is more selling than buying, not because more shares have been made available for sale.
Your theory on buying with the RSI at these levels will make you money if you have enough smarts to listen to yourself.
