Down- yes, there's a demo account you can practice on which was nice because compared to scottrade the direct pro platform I'm using is a Ferrari. Level 2 is included for all exchanges as well. I really don't know why everyone doesn't switch to Choice Trade. I guess one guy said they're not licensed in Lousiana. But other than that everyone should try it out. GL
