Let me help you here, Mr. Jones......as CJ told me several months ago, the subs had little choice in the matter, as the threat of Neomedia going under was their other alternative.......what he actually said was Neomedia was in a stronger position.......everybody thought, according to him, that the subs had control......he said neomedia was in a much stronger position than people realized because what else could the subs do.....or some such to that effect.

Today reminds us, once again, of the foolishness of guaranteeing .39..........how nutty was that??? And now it takes 8 shares of our stock instead of 1 to satisfy the deal.....sheesh.
