Well certainly Elliot ...

... my post addressed the money/shares, and mentioned 'keeping' 12Snap, as opposed to working out some sort of payoff to get 12Snap to go on their merry way, at a lesser cost to us shareholders.

But now, yeah, sell 'em, if they can.

For some reason, these temporary subs' owners sure don't seem to mind taking gazillions of shares in Neomedia.

So, if Neomedia sells 12Snap to someone, Neomedia will get cash? Other options? And we'll still have the extra quarter billion shares of dilution?
