according to the chart http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=USSE&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p75579817442 rsi was overstreched the most USSE has ever been today, so it would have been your best bet if your talking strictly rsi. Im taking that bet. Nothing else looks too peachy, seems like we're slowly sinking... but play smart. get in on this and get out. Hold only very little if you want to go long at this point. plus I wouldn't really say dilution. Remember lots of people bought under .15 I originally got in at .09... I knew a guy on allstocks that had 1million of this from under .01. rich mofo sold most in the .20's though. Dilution will come as promised but wait till we move up again. they wouldn't be selling here if they can fluff her up to .30 (and they will with no problem) then pull the trigger and sell like a beoch. :) GL
