not too suprisingly the OTC penny plays...

...with good earnings are slow to respond. many of them will....given time and continued positive performance quarter over quarter.

but right now ... most penny players are more interested in the sizzle than the steak.

value players with patience will likely be handsomely rewarded in the future though.
