Also with Patrick Heyn, still a Current Partner in the Audit and Accounting department of Daszkal Bolton LLP. It was announced On Sep 27, 2006 that he would be joining the BOD at Globetel.

"Mr. Heyn possesses invaluable knowledge of SEC regulations and disclosure issues"

Since he joined Globetel 1 week before the Sec Announcement. Hopefully he's leaving 1 week before the SEC Announcement?
