Hello everyone.

I have been reading various BBoards, following numerous stocks, over the past couple of years, but have never submitted a post until now. This is the first board I have ever joined (albeit I'm a free member). ;>()

Since this is my first post ever, and may be my last, it will be a long post.

Anyways, I don't think we need to worry about, or spend too much time discussing the new companies - it's all good...if it's true.
I'm sure they will do something similar to what Newmarket (NMKT) is now doing, where the parent company will benefit as much, or more than, the subsidiaries.

My dad is retired, very good at T/A and has the time to research companies and their management, so I mostly rely on his advice on what and when to buy.
He constantly tells me to stay away from the Pinks and never invest in a company that doesn't release financials.

Well, guess what - here I am.

What I think we really need to focus on and try to find out, either ourselves or from the company, are facts.
Sentinel's latest email to IR is a good start, but maybe we work as a team to create a list of questions that should and can be answered by the company. I know there are questions that they are not yet prepared to answer, but this company, their management, their contracts, their new partners, etc are all mysteries - we know almost nothing about this company.

Maybe some questions have tried to be answered by other board members (I know Han and others, have found some vague info on some questions, such as A-M Polymer), but we need concrete info directly from the company.

I thought I would start the list of questions, including what Sentinel has already written, and we could go from there:

1) A-M Polymer - the only contract the company has, to my knowledge, worth $160 million over 5 years. Who are they, where are they located, how much revenue do they generate, etc

2) Management - what university\country did they get their degrees, doctorates, etc. I cannot find out anything on the company Cavasin previously worked for in Sulzer, Switzerland. Cavasin is apparently responsible for developing a spray-form repair method for worn gas turbines, that is today still the most advanced in the world.
When I Google his name, I find absolutely nothing. Our scientists, where I work, when you Google them show up in a zillion places 'cause they've written papers for medical and scientific journals, received awards, etc. If he is responsible for developing this, it should be easy to find on Google

3) What is the name of the new CEO? He can't remain anonymous if he's gonna run the company, so why not release that information now?

4) Do they know why volume is so high and share price so low - R they diluting, has SIAM started to buy? Most share holders on this board bought higher than 0.075\share, so why would they sell with the release of positive NR's? I would think they would want to buy more to average down.
Actually, the average current daily volume, over the past 2 weeks is over 10 million. Compared to the float of 45 million posted on the web site, that is incredulous to say the least.

5) Are the Share Structure numbers on the website still accurate as far as Authorized Shares and Shares Outstanding? Fully Diluted shares?

6) When are they releasing audited financials, and why has it taken them over 4 months to do so and still not have them ready. How bad could the "shell company's" books have been?

The CEO himself said this:

investors with a long term outlook do, and should, take the time to do their own due diligence, research the technology and the people behind it.
We have gone through the exercise of making as much information as possible available to you right here, on our website.

Cheers,

Mr. Big Loser
