Open Letter to IR (and I will post any reply I get, though it usually takes a day or two):

Hi Steven,

First of all, congratulations on getting the deal done with Siam Renewable Energy Group! The financing terms are awesome, and them buying a good portion of the float is just great. I was wonder if you can shed a little light on a couple things for me though.

1. Has Siam begun purchasing shares, or will they wait until the re-structure is complete?
2. Is ATLR to be a publicly traded company (in the US), and will ACMG shareholders automatically receive shares in the new company at some ratio?
3. Are the Share Structure numbers in the website still accurate as far as Authorized Shares and Shares Outstanding? (Some fear the company is selling into the news releases)
4. Do you have plans to let the Transfer Agent give share structure information to anybody who calls? Transparency helps in situations like this, where great news is accompanied by intense selling pressure. Why filter that sort of information in the first place?
5. Can we expect more details (trading symbol for ATLR, ratio of share award, etc.) of the restructure to appear on your website soon?

Thanks for any insights you can provide. I know a lot of people see the previous PR's as a "too good to be true" scenario, and naturally (on the pink stocks exchange, at least) jump to the conclusion that the company is promoting and diluting. Having corresponded with both you and Alex, I do not subscribe to these views, but anything you can verify in terms of current share structure would help. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I will be posting this as an open letter on the Investors Hub forum, and would appreciate a reply that I could place there as well, to disseminate accurate information, and cut through much of the speculation and mis-information.

Who is this Time Being, and why are we always doing things for it?
