I sure hope so, Mark. Although some are saying that they will make a deal with the White House over these subpoenas to avoid a full constitutional crisis. I say, everything's a mess, so what's another crisis? Just get to the truth, and if that means fighting this to the Supreme Court, then so be it. Of course, it's the Bush Supreme court, so it could produce a really damaging ruling.
