History is just that history...
It has been a long haul to get to this point but things are about to start accelerating.
I am sure there are plenty of mining companies out there looking at this and ready to jump. Let us just hope we get a decent deal... 10-20% cut would be awsome
My bet is a deal is struck very shortly and work started as the conditions improve over the next few months.
