Think about this... Guy in office writing checks who has never seen most of what he's bought, reputation for paying, although slowly (if at all) for work. You're a local and maybe a bit predatory. What do you charge?

Hint: 1) Enough to cover your costs if you never get paid 2) Enough to cover getting paid way too late 3) Enough to have good reason to happily explain why you worked for the "new protomoter from out of town" And, if you're mercenary, you just charge whatever the f you think you can get away with given the fact that they guy writing the checks can't get away from the donuts long enough to see what the hell you're really doing.
