re SHM/Burn rate/ Break even....Folks...there are a couple of points that need to be discussed.
1) Burn Rate...One of the reasons why I was not thrilled with the recent financing deal was the small amount of cash that was raised. I attempted to explain that one of the reasons why I did not think it was a "great PP" was that it only provided us with enough capitalization to get us into Q3 of 2004....assuming that our burn rate remained the same...4.5-5 million/quarter. Folks...think about this point for a second...none of us want to see the burn rate stay at the same level...it would imply that buisness is NOT picking up. We WANT to see an increase in our burn rate over the next few quarters.
2) Break even...As our Burn Rate increases...it naturally would translate into higher revenues needing to be generated to reach the break even point. The more important point to keep in mind would be the rate of REVENUE GROWTH.
3) Market....From what I have learned from my friends who attended the meeting is that Wave WILL be a dominant player in this sector and that the market potential has NEVER been larger.

Sincerely,

Jas
