I never could get your link to load. The point I was making is that the Judge must render his decision on the motion before the Plaintifs can enter new information. Making the SEC decision moot at this point.

Please see this link to get a clearer picture of what the law is surrounding this Class Action Suit. This isn't a fishing expedition for all bad things about GlobeTel. It is about the Russian Agreement.
