In exchange, the San Diego mortgage company said it would issue to Farallon 3.3 million warrants to buy shares at $10 each, and will also be given the right to buy additional shares. Accredited Home Lenders will use the proceeds of the loan for funding mortgage loans and for general working capital. The stock closed Monday down $1.95 at $8.95.
