bbigtim, thanks for your post. It elucidates on several points.

I did know that the PP price was likely calculated on a moving average prior to the placement closing. I don't know why I would think anyone would be saying the price is still not fixed after the deal had closed.

In any case, at least the price is above where we are now trading...that makes me feel better.
