followingte did we reach discovery? It really seems we must get past the Summary Judgement phase first. Secondly the Plaintifs are not allowed to go on a witch hunt. They can only request information relavent to the question and the period involved. On the other hand the SEC is allowed to go on a witch hunt and so disclosure to the SEC would not necessarilly be open to the Plaintifs.
