When I emailed Pat Downs a few weeks ago, I was advised by Downs the figure below was the O/S figure. I would think that the float would be very low now. I would guess that less than a half million shares of IDWD are currently trading. The rest are restricted or tightly held. On any major, positive news, an explosion in trading should begin:


"Fact is there is less than
45 million outstanding."

JMHO, except the quote!
