I see this as a good sign for Globetel any way you can twist it. I don't know if the Judge has made up her mind yet but not needing to hear oral arguments means at the least she has everything she needs and as I've said before, the motion by the defense to dismiss was based on applicable law and was very well done. The opposition was also written well but was still full of thus far unproven allegations. It's a good sign IMO.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
