I doubt she's senile. That's just who she is. And that's where Bush came from. People used to love her when she was First Lady, because she was supposedly a straight-talker. Well, I wonder what they think of her now.

Apparently today Bush had no plans to mark the 4th anniversary of the war. But later it was announced by Tony Snow that Bush intends to speak on the House Democrat's "recipe for defeat." So a CNN reporter asked Snow, "What is the President's recipe for success?". Snow tried to turn it around by asking the reporter, "What is YOUR recipe for success?". The reporter protested, saying that he's just a reporter and the question should go to the Commander in Chief. Snow then told the reporter, "Zip it.".
