Extel, this was the one. But Fleck apparently is writing quite a bit on the subject. ANd I've been in agreement with his predictions for a while... I hope it doesn't get that bad though. On the bright sie, it would bode well for my gold position, and short ETF;)

As for my 'new' house...the for sale sign is going up today.
Not really, but tempting! Might feel better to earn a small pile of interest and rent a nice house somewhere . HMMMmmmmm!!!!

And of course the talking heads are much more optimistic
