Stockdoc, I don't ever use yahoo info. as main source of info., as I made the same mistake a couple of years ago, as you just did. A couple of years ago, they had him making over $1MM in annual salary, and I pointed that out, but slimfastjunkie quickly corrected my blunder by providing me w/sec link, I believe. For the record, Jay makes $270k base salary this year.
