Enough banter:

Jay is compensated well.... at least $22,800.00 per month. 5K of which does seem to be dedicated to his 10B plan to purchase MOBL stock. Maybe he should only draw 10K per month with 5K per month company share dividend. That would be worth 180K annually. The 180K would increase if the revenues and sp increased in 10% incriments. Pay for performance!


We should also through in a case of Guinnes beer...Brilliant!
