Tampa and Micro

I have decided to rename my OT Board -- the Rant Board. I admire Snackman... Tampa, he HAS TO read EVERY post. I don't always agree with him. As this board has evolved, he and the other moderators have eliminated posts I would have left.

It's their job, their responsibility and each of us can not only use ignore, but can resign from the group if the moderator is not to your liking. You've done just that from time to time.

I did think SKS's presentation was about his ugliest ever. I get paid to judge presentations. He was probably suffering jet lag and getting ready for more jet lag. I hope he never schedules another one in the middle of a trip...and I hope he opens them with a prepared statement...and learns to answer questions briefly. If he wants to educate -- write it down, pass it out and make sure your points are clear. QUANTIFY PROGRESS otherwise stop claiming it when you haven't made any provable financial progress for over two quarters. I am open minded and if you haven't noticed have gone back to basic DD. A bunch of positive things were scattered (too scatteded) throughout the presentation. I will make my next laptop purchase with a seagate drive and Wave's software (too be honest I just got a new Acer and will wait until I can buy one for 100 shares or the Acer keyboard bothers me enough...whichevercomesfirst. (the keyboard)

So Tampa, given your CEO experience please comment on auditing, Sarbox, Hippa and whether in YOUR OPINION -- the laptop is an easy sell... You know that market far better than I. Is it going to sell and the management software with it? Little else matters as far as share price. A couple of million drives at $50 takes care of a lot of mediocre CEO presentations.
