I have to disagree with you. Loftwerks, Inc was incorporated in the state of Nevada on 4/19/2005. Look at the amendments below of the company now trading as SLJB. Nothing took place in the SPAC other than the original articles of incorporation. The SPAC went into default on 7/1/2006. See my bold notes
