Asian Markets / GS and reverse mergers.
I remember seeing an article recently in Business Week about the Chinese liking the status of trading on the US markets via Reverse mergers. I can not find the online link to that article but did find some interesting read by goodling 'reverse mergers:

It is interesting that GS is so heavily involved in the Asian markets.. Would they strip off the patents from VLNT and then sell the clean shell to an Asian client?
