binzur, Loftwerks went private (SEC Rule 13e) after Sulja Ltd acquired the LFWK o/s via the NV SPAC, Sulja Acquistion Corp.
What you posted,

On 07/20/06 we have an amendment that changes the companies name from Loftwerks to Sulja Brothers Building Products,LTD then on 07/21/06 we have another amendment which is once again a name change to Sulja Bros. Building Supplies. LTD"

That refers the private offshore Loftwerks changing its name to the same as the NV corp, the old LFWK public vehicle, nka SLJB.

There are no common shares for the Canadian corp to do an equity swap with SLJB . The offshore Sulja is a private corp with no common stock.

The Canadian Sulja corp fka Loftwerks is not a part of the Sulja consolidated group because there was never a business combination between it and a sulja corp. It simply whent private when Sulja Ltd acquired its public vehicle via the SPAC.

Thats basically the scam & will come out in discovery
