FDA CDER Ombudsman Warren Rumble has made it quite clear that Shimoda Atlantic has never actually applied for a clinical trial (the announcement of self-posted and oft postponed trials at locations TBD on their bogus website is as illusory as the rest of the website), but the FDA will be keenly interested if they ever do so based on the information furnished the FDA.
