Umbra, there are several issues with your post. First and foremost, selling shares never has any effect on "revenues". Please explain??

Second, SEO selling shares will not impact the cash balance on the company books anymore than if you were to sell your shares. The COMPANY would have to sell something to generate cash, either assets or shares (which would dilute the currently trading shares). Not that I think this will ahppen, but you should be clear that if/when a deal is consumated to acquire all or a portion of his shares, it does nothing to the balance sheet. Now as to the value of the remaining free trading equity this is another story all together. The market reaction to the purchaser and their plans for the future of the company will be the barometer. If the market likes the new majority holder they will "co-invest" and the PPS will rise, if they dont (highly uinlikely) then the price would fall. At a minimum you would expect the price to rise to the tender valuation price.

Stay tuned these wheels continue to turn in the right direction, albiet slower than the dreamers would like.
