where did the cheerleaders go from last fall? you know the ones. the ones that seemed to get timely emails from the ceo that answered the questions and fears being posed on the board. emails that were most often very affirming. how innocent do you think they were in what has happened to this stock? how do you think they were compensated for being the good messenger? do you think they lost as most here have? you should have read a response i got from a poster back in the fall when i posted i thought dilution was going on. basically it was a challenge to prove it and very snotty. a few weeks later it was public knowledge that dilution was exactly what was happening. what ive discovered in the last 2 years is there are certain posters that have a great success in a stock choice. they gain a following from those who gained from their great insights. then the leader posts about another stock that appears to have a much promise as the last pick but it does nothing but decay in value, all the while the main cheerleader is saying how much theyre holding out for. they may very well be holding out a small amount of shares, but i suspect they sold most into their own hype. more people fall into the trap... and then you get to where this is and much of those gains that people made in the original pick are lost....i believe their are teams that patronize these boards...and i doubt anything will be done about it...
