Fellow shareholders;

Here is a link for everyone that would like to file a complaint
with the SEC. It is very easy to fill out. The more people that file a complaint, the faster this guy will get stopped. I already did my part. Do not expect to get any $ back but at least he will not be able to steal from new investors.
