cpa, no I would not slam you if you told them to their faces what you think. You don't have to do it in front of the meeting. SKS is very generous with his time and will talk to you on the side. Why not tell him on the side, between you and him, how bad he has been for this company and for it to succeed he has to step down and get the rest of his family out of the business. Isn't this what you have been advocating for some time now? You can do that privately. Why not, if you believe what you are saying?
