You may be right, Scad

All I am saying is that the government has considerably more evidence of wrongdoing than they ultimately pursued. Whether they ever do anything with it is anybody's guess - and given the way they botched this trial, it may be doubtful.

I claim no "secret: knowledge - just the sure knowledge of a lot of the evidence that they were furnished and investigated on more than one front.

I wonder what happened to the investigation that was being pursued by attorneys for the Arkansas SEC - do you see Balfe's involvement in that, or was it just co-opted by the Feds?

(My dreamworld, btw, is called Texas and it is hardly a winter wonderland, as I am wearing shorts and flipflops at the moment - lol.)
